Appointment Arrival

An arrival of 5-10 minutes before your booked time is highly recommended

Consultations

All initial hair and make up consultations are complimentary.

Hair Colour

For lasting results it is important to treat your hair with the correct professional haircare products as recommended by our colourists. However if you are unsatisfied with your hair colour, please contact us within the first week after your colour service.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 24hrs of booked appointment time will incurr a charge of 50% of the booked service price.

BlowDry and Ritual Multiple Packs

BlowDry and Ritual Multiple Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No Shows

No Shows will incurr a charge of 50% of the booked service price. In addition, all future appointments will only be taken with a 50% booking fee at the time of booking.

Pets

As a courtesy to all clients and to maintain the highest level of safety and hygiene standards that are required, pets will not be allowed in the salon.
